HOW TO USE 

• Shake Well: Before each use, shake the bottle gently to ensure a uniform blend of essential oils.
• Spritz: Lightly spritz on your pillow and bed linens from a distance of about 8-12 inches. Between 3 to 4 sprays are sufficient to create a soothing ambiance.
• Relax: Allow the mist to settle and diffuse. Lie down, close your eyes, and take deep breaths to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil scent.
