• Lavender Essential Oil: A beloved scent with sleep-enhancing qualities, lavender essential oil is a natural remedy for insomnia. It can soothe and eases tension, so you can gently fall into a restorative sleep with its herbal floral fragrance profile
• Cedarwood Essential Oil: Warm and grounding, cedarwood essential oil carries a rich, woody fragrance that calms and centers the mind. Known for its ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation, it’s ideal for creating a peaceful atmosphere. Its earthy aroma helps to soothe tension and foster a deep sense of inner peace.

Usage Instructions

• Shake Well: Before each use, shake the bottle gently to ensure a uniform blend of essential oils.
• Spritz: Lightly spritz on your pillow and bed linens from a distance of about 8-12 inches. Between 3 to 4 sprays are sufficient to create a soothing ambiance.
• Relax: Allow the mist to settle and diffuse. Lie down, close your eyes, and take deep breaths to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil scent.
